Our Pre-Build Consultation service is designed to save you time and money . We will guide you through the selection process, from the exterior to interior ensuring the colour schemes work harmoniously together.
We also guide you through standard and premium selections, along with answering any questions you may have with the build process.
With our expert advice, you can be sure your project is heading in the right direction.

We'll meet up in a pre-determined location and grab a cuppa! We have a long day ahead of us!
We'll chat about your inspirations, visions, design goals and what we wish to achieve today.
​

SUPPLIER SHOWROOM VISITS
​
We'll head off to a nominated showroom featuring your Builder's preferred supplier or based on our recommendation. Depending on the location, we will either visit a few supplier showrooms on the day or break it up over two seperate appointments.
​
You'll definitely work up an appetite with all that decision making! Bring some snacks, or we could allocate time for a quick bite at a nearby cafe in between showroom visits.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

- CLIENT PORTAL -
​
You'll gain exclusive access to your own Client Portal; a Dashboard where your new build schedule & relevant documentation will be stored. The Colour & Material Schedules are live and interactive, which enables you to correspond with us without multiple emails.

- MOOD BOARDS -
Mood Boards tailored to you!
​
Our E - Mood Boards include the following (if required): Paint Colours, Furniture, Wall Treatments, Materials, Flooring, Window Furnishings, Fixtures and Fittings, Soft Furnishings, Decor, Lighting, Bespoke Item ideas, etc.

- FLAT LAY -
​
If we gain access to physical samples, we will send through a beautifully styled photo of a flat lay curated post meeting.
​

- SAMPLES -
​
Leave it to us! We always recommend viewing the physical sample before committing to any decision. If we're unable to obtain samples from the supplier on the day, we'll follow up and get the samples delivered to your door, so you can curate a flat lay on your end.

- AFTERCARE -

2 Live 30-minute video or phone call sessions at the start and end of your project.

- TIMEFRAME -

Good things take time!
You'll gain access to your Client Portal within 24 hours post meeting. Expect your Selection Schedule to be uploaded up to 48 hours after our meeting.
Once selection is approved online, the final selections will be uploaded as a downloadable PDF on your Client Portal.

Our Pre-Build Consultations offer you a discounted rate for any blinds, shutters or bespoke curtains purchased with us.

We have a wealth of knowledge in the Window Furnishings industry, giving you exclusive access to quality local suppliers and premium milled fabric sourced worldwide. We can ensure you will achieve a high-end finish at a competitive rate.

T&C's Additional hours are charged at $195 per hour. Including on-site visits & travel. Availability of time will be advised at the time of your request. Time Tracking Report presented upon completion of work. Our Trade Discount is passed on to you only with eligible suppliers.  Discounts range from 10% - 45%. A $100 surcharge will be applied for each design thereafter the first revision.
