Our Pre-Build Design Experience simplifies that process, guiding you through every key selection with clarity, confidence, and creativity.

We’ll spend the day visiting curated supplier showrooms and reviewing your builder’s inclusions together, refining your finishes, materials, colours, fittings, and fixtures so the vision for your home feels cohesive, timeless, and distinctly you.

Along the way, you’ll gain access to your personalised Client Portal, live Colour & Material Schedules, and tailored Mood Boards so every decision is beautifully documented and easy to reference.

DESIGN DAY SCHEDULE

We begin with coffee and conversation - aligning on your vision, inspirations, and goals for your new home.
From there, we visit curated supplier showrooms (either in a full-day format or across two half-days), reviewing your builder’s inclusions and exploring elevated alternatives where it makes sense.
Each visit is purposeful and efficient, ensuring every finish and material harmonises beautifully across your home.​​

- CLIENT PORTAL -

Enjoy exclusive access to your personalised Client Portal, a central hub where your Colour & Material Schedules, documentation, and progress are stored.
It’s interactive and easy to use, allowing you to comment, approve, and correspond seamlessly without endless email threads.

- MOOD BOARDS -
​
Receive a fully customised E-Mood Board that captures your home’s visual direction, colours, materials, finishes, window treatments, fittings, lighting, and styling accents, all thoughtfully composed to reflect your aesthetic and lifestyle.

- FLAT LAY -
​
When physical samples are available, we’ll style and photograph a bespoke flat lay of your selections, giving you a tactile, visual snapshot of how your palette comes together.​​
​
- SAMPLES -
​
Can’t collect samples on the day? We’ll organise them for delivery to your door, so you can experience textures and tones in your own space before final approval.

- AFTERCARE -

Design doesn’t end when the meeting does.
You’ll receive: -
Two live 30-minute video or phone sessions — at project start and completion

- TIMEFRAME -

You’ll receive access to your Client Portal within 24 hours of our meeting.
Expect your Colour & Material Schedule to be uploaded within 48 hours, ready for your review and approval.
Once finalised, your selections will be available as a downloadable PDF through your portal.

T&C's Additional hours are charged at $195 per hour. Including on-site visits & travel. Availability of time will be advised at the time of your request. Time Tracking Report presented upon completion of work. Our Trade Discount is passed on to you only with eligible suppliers.  Discounts range from 10% - 45%. A $100 surcharge will be applied for each design thereafter the first revision.
