Our hourly rate:  $195 / hour including gst.

Our clients have full transparency to our trade pricing, we liaise with the suppliers to authorise you to pay the quotes. 


Obtain all trade discounted furniture quotes & orders and send to client for payment & handling.


Upon client's request we can also manage the Procurement with the following services:

Be updating the running budget document with actual costs to understand the overall cost.

Keep the Client Portal updated receipts as they are paid.

Keep an updating shared calendar of estimated delivery dates & second payment dates.

Invoice the client in bulk & pay on their behalf.

Be onsite for the install to ensure all furniture is placed & styled correctly.

Showroom visits as requested by client.


We understand that the above organisation can be a lot of work for you, so if you would prefer Nook & Sill Interiors to organise all Procurement, this will be subject to a 20% handling fee instead of an hourly rate.




It is important we are present during the construction phase to ensure the spaces align completely with the approved scope of works & documentation. We are here to guide you through this process.

We are available to:

Co-ordinate tender with various tradesman/ companies. I.e. Electrician, Wallpaper Hanger.

Sign off Joinery Shop drawings (if required).

Review all Colour & Material samples & selections.

Facilitate &/or attend regular on-site inspection meetings.

Conduct & document a final inspection, & facilitate the rectification of any defects, (if required).

Finalisation & assistance with the purchase of your PC items, utilising Nook & Sill Interiors trade discounts where available.


The Installation + Styling Day is finally here!

You will finally get to see your vision come to life. This is a day to celebrate as you watch your dream home come together before your very eyes.

Enjoy every moment of this special day, knowing that you have created something truly beautiful that will be enjoyed for years to come.

This Phase will involve:

Site Visit - Logistic co-ordination & placement of trade orders for all furniture, co-ordinate artwork installer & trades & decor.


Execution of decoration process. i.e. Placement of nominated items strategically, floral arrangements & bathroom & bed linen accessories etc. 


Detail is key; we take care of styling elements, rubbish removal & address any deflects if required.






Reveal Day!


A walk-through to your dream space!

Once the construction is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that you are happy with the results. We will also provide you with a list of maintenance tips to help you keep your space looking its best.

Time to relax & enjoy your new space!


You'll receive a Client Off-Boarding Package featuring all relevant documentation collected through the project.


We’ll be sticking around & offer complimentary six month after-care for any maintenance duties.

We will get to know you by discovering your needs, budget, & style preferences plus we'll give you an overview of our Design Process.

We'll take things further by booking in an Initial Consultation.   We will meet in a predetermined location: Ie. Onsite or at a nominated meeting area.  


During the meeting, we measure the space, configure a concept design layout, discuss finishes & 

involve in-depth questions to learn more about your design style, lifestyle & how you plan to use the space

You'll be introduced to your very own Client Portal.

 Please allow up to 2 hours for discussion of Colours, Materials & Finishes (if required).

Post - meeting we'll provide you with an inspiration mood board and list of recommended products.

Please allow between 1 - 2 hours for our appointment.  

The fee for the meeting is $295 including gst.




Once we establish the Design Brief, we will devote our time to crafting a comprehensive Design Concept that closely aligns with your vision.


We will undertake the following:

Space Planning & Concept Development


Prepare Preliminary Concepts for the Interior Design & Finishes

Sourcing/ samples and products on your behalf


Present Colour & Specification Schedule as a Space by Space Inspiration Storyboard for products - Fixtures, Fittings & Finishes by utilising Mood Boards and physical samples.




Once Design Concept has been approved, we will proceed to develop more intricate interior details, as well as specify all Finishes, Fixtures & Fittings.


This stage includes the following:

Finalise all Interior Selections - Fixtures, Fittings & Finishes

Prepare scaled Interior Design documentation with plans/elevations for Tender/Construction purposes.


Prepare Lighting & Electrical plans

Prepare Fixtures, Fittings and Finishes Schedule for the finalised Interior Design selections.
