How do I get a quote for my home?

We have experienced consultants who come to your home with a variety of samples.

Will the consultant give me a quote on the day?

In most cases the consultant can send the quote on the same day.

 

 

What happens after I've accepted a quote?

Once a quote has been accepted we require a 50% to process the order.

​

 

How do I pay a deposit?

Deposits can be made via a bank transfer or with credit card or EFTPOS, there is a 2% transaction fee for credit card.

​

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are made to measure.

 

Generally speaking, blind orders take 7 - 10 business days and curtains orders take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive.

Shutter orders are dependant on the type: Australian made shutters arrive in 7 - 14 business days. Imported shutters from overseas may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Do I have to install the product myself?

No. We have qualified tradespeople who will install your order.

Do you have warranty?

Yes! Your warranty period depends on the type of product ordered.
